Easiest and Hardest

The easiest habit:

"PLAY!" ... Enough said. I enjoy playing basketball and I also learn many of life's lessons because of it. The value of team work, leadership, confidence, and trust are all apart of what I learn on the court. If you don't trust the people you play with, it will always result in failure.

The hardest habit:

"View problems as challenges"... I usually view problems as a crisis that needs to be dealt with immediately. Feels like a ticking time bomb next to me and I only have a certain amount of time to diffuse it. Learning to relax though under pressure and that the world will not come to an end if I can't solve the problem or what i should now call challenge.

Don't let other people make you feel rushed. Do things at your speed. The quality of your work will be much better.
